GPS Return & Refund Policy

GPS Devices:

PetLink Store: PetLinkGPS Devices purchased from the PetLink Store can be returned within 30 days of delivery if you are not satisfied.
Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the returned product and could take up to 14 days.

* PetLink GPS devices purchased through another retailer are subject to that specific retailer’s return policy. Please contact that specific retailer for further return instructions.

Subscription plans

Subscription plan payments for newly purchased devices are eligible for a refund within the first 30 days of activation.
Subscription plan payments for renewals are eligible for a refund within the first 14 days of renewal.
If you would like to cancel your Subscription Package please contact GPS@PetLink.net. Be sure to provide your name, email address and PetLinkGPS ID code.
