Lost Pet: Otis

Circumstances

Our cat Otis slipped out of our house today, July 9th, in Perrinville/Edmonds, WA. He is a Snowshoe/Ragdoll mix and has a blue collar with my phone number inscribed. He may not be incredibly friendly when approached, but any insight to his whereabouts would be helpful.
