Lost Pet: Sage

Circumstances

Last seen 128th & Washington St in Thornton. She was on an ecollar and ran off. She will still be wearing the e-collar. She is a very petite spayed female German Shorthaired Pointer, live & white.  She is in the middle of heartworm treatment and needs meds DAILY! Currently in rescue with All Points West GSP Rescue.
