Circumstances
Pepper was last seen near the intersection of Loblolly Wood Rd and Balsamwood Dr in Tomball, TX. She's nearly 20 years old and has atrophied hips and walks with a limp due to bad arthritis. She's mostly deaf, so she has to see you in order to get her attention.
