Circumstances
Chrome got out of the gate in Pembroke Park Neighborhood. He was found by a group of children & then stolen from them by two individuals and taken to Dekalb County. These ladies, Bryanna Jones & Hannah Booker-Davis, have warrants oyt for their arrest for felony theft.
