Lost Pet: Boris

Circumstances

Boris is an indoor/outdoor cat.  He went outside last night as he always does but it started raining very hard about 20 minutes after he went outside.  He usually is outside the door waiting for me to let him in every morning but he has not come home yet and its already 1:30 in the afternoon.  I'm worried......
