Circumstances
Ran out door that blew open due to Tropical Storm Debby.
He escaped from S. Shirley & Evelyn Dr.
Porter just had his right rear leg amputated 6 days ago was still wearing the Soft Cone when he escaped.
Is on antibiotic & pain meds
