Circumstances

Teddy is a friendly cat. He is *incredibly* food motivated. He is neutered. His meow sounds a bit like a cat who chainsmokes. His front legs are slightly shorter than his back, so they splay out a bit when he sits. He was last seen near Academy & Granville Sts in West Salem.
