Lost Pet: Mittens

Circumstances

Moved from 8288 Sienna loop Roseville Ca 95678 went to retrieve mittens from my EX Fiancé upon arrival found his litter box emptied and packed up and he was nowhere to be found I requested his and was told every pick up time was not a good time. Latter was asked via email by Rachel Lippsmyer if her brother could have him! Mittens is my daughters cat I got for her when she was 5 years old he is black medium length hair tuxedo patch on his chest hue has an extra digit on every paw looks like thumbs he is fixed and very affectionate and dog friendly I believe the person that took him unlawfully is Mathew Kelley please help us get him returned home!
