Lost Pet: Rio Peterson

Circumstances

i I left my Rio with my dad?s girlfriend to watch her. She said she gave them up to a frenchie rescue. Against my will while I was in the mental health hospital to take care of my mental state 

He?s currently struggling with a really bad skin infection I gave him to beth and i have not Been able to get in contact with her only my dad who says that Rio is gone. Rio is my Emotional support animal.
