Binks is an ex-stray that still tries to get outside. My partner and I arrived home to find his bowl of food untouched ( out of the ordinary as he's very food insecure and food motivated ) and began to search for him but with no luck. We walked around the block several times calling his nickname ( he only responds to Binky and usually comes sprinting once he heard my voice ) but no response. He likely got out between 10 pm and 2 am.
