Circumstances
Lady Penelope is inside cat that got out on 10/3. She is petite, and very shy but friendly. She is healthy. She has a harlequin face- one side gold and the other brown- she is mixed tortie. She went missing from Kalmia Street, San Mateo. We miss her.
