Circumstances

He went missing while I was at work today. A mail carrier saw him going down College St near Palmetto St in Bainbridge. He was wearing a red wireless collar but the battery died. He was recently shaved and has a sore on his back from an allergic reaction to dog shampoo. He will come if you call his name.
