Lost Pet: Klyde

Circumstances

Neighbor's dogs on Mica Ct. Pollock Pines, Ca. chased Klyde and he is either hiding or the owner of the dogs doesn't want me to know her dogs either killed or injured my cat. This is a new neighbor. I wish I had known she has 2 huskies. I wouldn't have let my cat out unattended. He is chipped. He had a collar on, but it could have come off. No tag on his collar since his collar with the tag went missing a couple weeks ago. I have replaced his collar and tag 3 times now in the last 6 months. I know someone has been trying to take him. His sister Bonnie was stolen 2 days before Valentines Day. Most of my neighbors are great, but there is someone in my area that is just pure evil. I'm going to find out who it is. Klyde did have a tracker on his collar, but it was on the collar the disappeared 2 weeks ago and I haven't replaced it yet. I'm going to order several trackers now, so I have extra.
