Circumstances

He was in the garage and the garage door was opened about 6:30 pm, not knowing he was in the garage. He is only three and has never been out of the house in three years. He is wearing a green and black collar that should have our phone number. 256-852-5207.  He is normally very shy around people he doesnt know.
