Lost Pet: Toki

Circumstances

We took Toki with us to a trip to our Family in Encinitas for 4 month and we've been here for 3 month already. He knows his surroundings and usually played ever afternoon in the garden and always comes inside before it's dark but on the October 20th he did not come home. I checked with all the neighbors and put up fliers walked daily multiple times around to find him with no luck. Can you let me know if this is the correct address to file him missing? He is microchipped and usually lives with us here in San Francisco but he got missing down in Encinitas, in San Diego County.
