Lost Pet: Sushi

Circumstances

We were out of town and our Pet Sitter did not realize that she dug out from under our fence and removed her collar which contains her GPS tracking device as she is an escape artist. She's been missing since October 9 at 11:57 PM. She has a grade 5 heart murmur and takes medication twice a day for that as well as pancreatitis and IVDD.
