Circumstances
Andy is a small black friendly TNR cat that hasn?t been seen at her colony near McKinney at St. Augustine (77023) in over a week. She has an ear tip, yellow eyes, a small white spot on her chest and a ?kink? at the end of her tail making the last few inches crooked.
