Oogie Boogie/Sugar

Russian Blue/Korat: Grey with white spot on belly and chest and green eyes. 

1 lined shaped scar on backside of each ear. 

Skiddish but loves food and meows when spoken to. 

Wearing black leather collar with stars, moons and ID tag. 

My parents are beyond worried. Please reach out even if you see him and can't get to him.
