Order cut-off time

Once an order is placed our system holds it for 24 hours. Each order will then transmit to the vendor for processing after the 24 hours.

Handling time

Orders of PetLinkGPS will ship the next business day once the order is received.

Transit time

The GPS ships by FedEx Ground and it transit time where the customer is located for delivery time. Our standard total delivery time is within 7 business days.

International shipping

PetLinkGPS is currently not available outside of the USA, and we do not ship internationally.
