Missy is a little dog, we think she’s a Lhasa Apso. She weighs just about 11lbs. I also have a 30lb cocker, Princess Sara, and she had figured out how to open the side gate. I thought I’d had it fixed, but it’s an old wooden gate with just enough room for my little one to scoot through. The cocker would never get out of the yard but I didn’t get Missy in as fast as I should and suddenly she was two blocks down the street. She was wearing the tags saying “Please call PetLink”. I ordered tags and microchips for both of them and now I’ve decided they’re the best thing on earth! They’re both wearing collars that show they have a chip and the neighborhood information, so they can be brought right to my door if someone picks them up. The kids all wanted to steal the little dog and a neighbor said “But she’s somebody’s pet”. This lady took Missy to PetSmart. I was absolutely thrilled to death to get her back the same day. Now I’m locking her up where she can’t get out. I got complacent never realizing that Missy could scoot through the gate. I never had one run off and that just scared the daylights out of me. The service is a heck of a price. It’s fantastic value, a real bargain to people who can’t afford it. Thank you so much! This is a great service to have and all of you have been so kind to call and make sure Missy was back home!
