Noodle In The Pasture

I live on a 28-acre farm in the middle of Houston Georgia. I was walking on the farm with my three dogs one day and when I looked behind me, one of ’em, Noodle, was gone. He walked all through the pasture, past all the neighbors and over to the Publix grocery store, where a…

Still Wondering…

We are still not not sure how Kiyo got out. We are still trying to figure that out. He’s a Siberian Husky. There aren’t any holes in our fence and he wouldn’t jump it because he is scared of heights. If it weren’t for the microchip we never would have got him back. You guys…

Gone For Six Months

Our German Shepherd can open the gate if it ain’t shut good and back in May he and our Doberman Pinscher got out of the yard and were spotted at my daughter’s school. The German Shepherd came back but the Pinscher, Edmond, didn’t. We were upset because after this, a neighbor’s pitbull came under the…

I Didn’t Know She Was Gone

I was doing gardening at home and my two dogs are usually with me. I was just dealing with the weeds when a neighbor said “Where’s Mia?” I though she must be asleep inside the house but then I went upstairs and got a call saying they had got her and I said “What you…

Reported Found Before We Knew She Was Lost

Molly is able to get through small places and is very friendly. We check daily to make sure there are no holes in the back fence, especially since the back yard is off a very busy street. I let her and our other small dog out to go potty and enjoy the sunshine. I was…

Let’s Stick Together

Our family had traveled out of town and our dogs, Bella and Latte got out of our fenced yard. Thanks to PetLink, we were notified that our dog, Bella, was found and safe, even before we realized she was missing. Latte was not microchipped but fortunately she stayed with Bella. How heartbreaking it would have…

Nightmare Averted

I have this gate in the very back of the yard. It’s hard to see and I always keep it bolted. Then I had workmen come to put a walkway leading up to it. I didn’t anticipate they would unbolt the gate and it was a windy day. Later my two other dogs came in…

Baby Girl On The Run

My Baby Girl is a big white American Bulldog. Twice in four days she got under the fence, she even broke it down. We hunted for her all during the night and thought that she had probably been killed. But she ran down to the Safeway store and was taken to the pound. They read…

Benefits of Microchipping Your Pet

Microchipping your pet has several benefits. Microchips are permanent – after they are implanted, your dog or cat will never need to have it removed or replaced. Microchips do not use any power source or connectivity, so they will always be able to be scanned under any conditions. Microchips are inexpensive and easy to implant into your pet by a veterinarian. The procedure is also swift and generally painless.

Unfortunately, it is very common for a lost pet to be found without a name tag on their collar. This often leads to pets being placed in shelters, hoping their owner will find them. Unlike tags and collars, microchips cannot fall out, break, get lost, etc. No matter what your pet does or where it goes, the microchip will stay safely implanted under its skin. When a pet has a microchip, it can be scanned by a veterinarian or animal shelter, regardless of the condition the pet is in. Microchips are the quickest and easiest way to identify lost animals and return them to their owners.

What Happens When Your Pet Has Been Found & Reported

When a PetLink chip is scanned in a found pet, the owner gets notified immediately. To get in touch as quickly as possible, the registered owner will receive, texts, phone calls, and emails from PetLink right away. Once PetLink gets connected with the pet owner, arrangements can be made to return the pet safely back to its family.

Giving You Peace of Mind

We understand how important pets are to their owners– many consider their animals as members of their family. Naturally, pet owners worry about their pet’s safety and well-being. Microchipping your pet is one of the easiest and most essential steps you can take to keep your animal safe.

PetLink significantly reduces the risk of permanently losing a pet, providing our members with peace of mind knowing we will assist in bringing their lost pets home. We encourage you to read our microchip success stories, which highlight how microchipping not only alleviates owners’ worries but also provides comfort to pets. A microchip registered at PetLink ensures lost pets are quickly reunited with their families, avoiding prolonged stress in shelters and offering great relief for both pets and their owners.
